The Evergreen Growth Partner 
 
For $150,000, you receive priority access to Noah as a trusted advisory partner for three years. The Evergreen Growth Partner requires that you have previously been a client (or you canpay a 10% premium to purchase this without that requirement).
 
Evergreen Growth Partner Benefits: Three years of unlimited advisory access (typically $10,000 per month.) You may pay in installments over five payments. ($30,000 quarterly for five quarters. Note that the three years may not be “frozen” or suspended.)
 
Trusted Advisory Access: For one investment you can have Noah as your growth partner over three years. At a fee equivalent to only $4200 a month, this represents a massive, over 70% discount off our standard advisory fees!
 
Noah will be available during normal business hours (Eastern Standard Time) and will make myself available for pre-arranged calls during your normal business hours. All calls and emails will be answered and responded to within four hours (usually considerably less unless we’re in the air or unavailable.)
 
Additionally, I will schedule calls/discussions as needed. Special arrangements can be made for access during non-business hours as needed and when pre-arranged.
 
Any additional projects that I undertake on behalf of the organization will fall outside of this advisory arrangement. I will provide you with a separate engagement letter for any additional projects. We agree to define a specific project as an initiative requiring more than my advice and counsel to you, as indicated by a clear set of business objectives to be achieved.
 
You can rely on me to provide straightforward, candid feedback regarding ideas you are considering and the challenges you are facing, as you prepare the organization for continued growth.
 
Additional Perks: Priority & VIP access to Noah’s events. Access to all of Noah’s additional products & services during that time. In person meetings, as needed, subject to scheduling.
