I am guilty of the "false start." What I need (unfortunately) is external help pushing the "go" button to get myself rolling--whether it's a friend, a conversation, or some other some motivation outside of myself. It's really frustrating, because, as with your CrossFit example, I know once I commit and start, there's nothing stopping me and I'll finish strong.

What do you do to overcome false starts?

It's a great definition. That's his thesis, and it becomes my guiding light.

I like his definition of linchpins. 'Cheap cogs are worth what they cost, which is not much. In a changing environment, you want people who can steer, innovate, provoke, lead, connect and make things happen. That’s my thesis.' (Seth G.)
