Thanks.&lt;br&gt;The importance of athletics seems to have been tossed aside by our schools and the result is FatA$$ed children with slow brains.&lt;br&gt;Physical Fitness certainly affects mental fitness.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Flabby bod=slow thoughts, which makes it a super play ground for that ButtWipe &quot;Mr Lizard Brain&quot; to get control.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;John-Boy</description>
