No such thing as bad publicity.

Mark Hopkins continues his public bashing of John Reese

See the latest installment here!
And the comments continue to pour into John’s blog.

Some of Mark’s comments today are pretty wacky.

“affiliate marketing world works is to liken it to a spyware infection.

When you’re infected by one piece of spyware, it often opens the floodgates for a host of other virus, malware and spyware infections. Similarly, you talk to one affiliate marketer, who may be a decent guy and wants to sell you something you need or sell something for you. Unfortunately, just by talking to that one fellow, it seems you soon have (no exaggeration) have hundreds of marketers beating down your door and flooding your inbox with ridiculous offers, pie-in-the-sky schemes, get-rich-quick scams and often outlandish conspiracy theories theory .”

This guy is off the wall. I’ve purchased products from Amazon through affiliate links, signed up and bought products off eBay through affiliate links, much the same as an offline referral so to speak. Generally in the INternet Marketing world most regular people don’t even know when they are going to Amazon through an affiliate link.

Once this happens, the original author or creator has no way of contacting you, let alone trying to sell you “get-rich-quick” schemes. Really bizzaro commentary if you asked me.

So bizzare it’s gotten me to post on my blog two days in a row. In a way, John couldn’t have asked for better advertising only a few weeks before the launch of Traffic Secrets 2.0

At first, it may have been bad if Mark’s comments were left unscathed to sit and influence the minds of readers worldwide this could have been “bad publicity” for John, but the backlash to the comments both yesterday and today has provided enough Social Proof for John Reese to launch him to the moon with Traffic Secrets 2.0

The posts from bloggers around the globe, the videos being created in support of John, people like me who go months without posting, posting two days in a row! This is social proof at it’s finest. Make no mistake, the comments made by Mark Hopkins will have a DIRECT influence on the sales of Traffic Secrets 2.0 and that will be selling more copies and more people being sucked into the world of John Reese.
