“3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Upgraded Kitchen, Finished Basement, New Roof, fenced yard”

We spent MONTHS just breaking the cycle. I'd say, OK now explain the house to me like I was your son buying my first house.

We eventually started to get somewhere when we could break this.

Suddenly this agent was moving from the middle of the crowded road with all the other agents to his own lane.

Then he broke away and instead of getting a broker authorized website, he built his own blog and started created his own voice.

Gary Vaynerchuk has a great section in Crush It – where he talks about the opportunity in being transparent.

Most in real estate would tell you it was a charming fixer-upper or a great starter home.

The opportunity lies in the transparent & real agent who says “I've got one seriously ugly house to sell…. This house needs a boat load of work….. If you're coming to see this house bring your imagination and hopefully a lot of it!!!”
